Hi. I’m Kevin Jonsson, founder of Jonsson Coaching & Consulting.
I work with leaders and future leaders in finance and technology. As a certified executive coach, I leverage 20+ years of finance and operations experience to help clients maximize their impact and influence.
Developing leaders is my passion and most gratifying work.

At different moments in my career, I've experienced the sense of not living up to my potential. I felt frustrated, disheartened, and dissatisfied with myself and my work.
It wasn’t until I had a chance to work with an executive coach that I understood what was holding me back.
This included overcoming the challenges of being an introverted leader and learning how to maximize my strengths as an introvert. Together we created a plan that allowed me to learn and develop while expanding my responsibilities and influence throughout the organization.
My experience was transformational, and it inspired me to coach others.
I became a better leader while achieving a greater sense of balance in my life. I can help you do the same.
