Approach to Coaching
My approach is aligned with Columbia University’s coaching framework which is grounded in the science of human performance and action research.
Each coaching engagement is customized to address the specific needs of each client and will include elements of the following depending on the client’s priorities:
A highly collaborative, interactive, one-on-one relationship with the client
Deep-dive to understand all aspects of the client's situation
Assessments and/or 360 feedback
Exploration of personal and professional goals and aspirations
Evaluation of options available to client
Monitor progress of action plan toward stated goals
Candid evaluation of client's strengths and potential blind spots
Emphasis on follow-up action commitments to drive results
Client feedback (throughout coaching process)
